In a gentle, respectful and non-judgmental manner, we work with individuals and couples to help them gain understanding of their particular concerns, identify core issues and help clients explore options for change. Clients feel relieved to be heard and understood, and with a deeper understanding of themselves, are supported in moving towards more fulfilling and purposeful lives and relationships.

CANCELLATIONS
When you book your appointment we reserve that time specifically and request you provide sufficient notice to reschedule. Late notice of rescheduling will incur a late fee:

– 48 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule to avoid a late fee.
– Cancellations the day prior will be charged 50% of the session fee.
– Cancellations or no-shows on the day will be charged 75% of the session fee.
– Credit card details are retained on file for these purposes only.
– You can contact us on 1300 018 255 or email contact@onlinecounsellingaustralia.au to reschedule an appointment.
– Repeated cancellations will result in the service being discontinued.

CONFIDENTIALITY
Please be advised that your counselling sessions are confidential, however, if you are at risk of harming yourself or another person we have a duty of care to disclose this information to a supervisor or mental health service. If a court subpoena is issued we are legally bound to provide notes of the counselling process.

FEE SCHEDULE

• Individual Counselling $170.50 (GST incl.) – 50 minute session
• Anxiety Counselling: $170.50 (GST incl.) – 50 minute session
• Depression Counselling: $170.50 (GST incl.) – 50 minute session
• Anger Management Counselling: $181.50 (GST incl.) – 50 minute session
• Individual Counselling : $170.50 (GST incl.) – 50 minute session
• Relationship Counselling: $220.00 (GST incl.) – 50 minute session

The above rates apply for online counselling via the Zoom app

Sessions run for 50 minutes, which includes time to rebook next appointments and payment.
